Auction, sponsor and VIP meet and greet experiences cannot be arranged on any other date.

Who can attend the event?

Caps fans of all ages are welcome to attend. You must secure your spot as a participant through the player auction or event tickets. All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Auction Winners Note

Disclosure –Winners must remain mindful of player privacy and be advised that this is NOT A SIGNING SESSION opportunity. While each participant can bring one reasonable item (jersey, poster, shirt, hat, puck, stick, etc.) winners agree that they will treat this interaction as a chance to spend time with the players and be respectful. The nature of the package you are bidding on is for the unique chance to spend time interacting with the players. Photos should also be kept to a minimum. Should winners not adhere to these parameters, they could be subject to a truncated timeframe for the experience. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE. Auction winner’s experience must take place on the set event date of 1/12/2020.

Auction winners will not be given access to the Meet and Greet unless they purchase a Ticket.

Ticket Holder Meet and Greet Note:

Each Ticket Holder can bring one reasonable item (jersey, poster, shirt, hat, puck, stick, etc.) into the meet and greet session.

What are the Participation Options?

1) Bid on the chance to play a round of Topgolf with your favorite Caps Player and 4 of your friends! Winners will enjoy:

  • One Topgolf game with you, your 4 guests and a Caps player
  • 2.5 hours of additional play
  • Food plus unlimited beer and wine
  • Access to a special silent auction

Auction winners will not be given access to the Meet and Greet unless they purchase a Ticket.

2) Purchase a Ticket and enjoy: 

  • Access to a meet & greet session with all players who are in attendance at the event.
  • 3.5 hours of play
  • Food, 2 drink tickets for beer/wine and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages
  • Access to a special silent auction
